The tool makes things easier, e.g. to batch annotate multiple files
sharing the same license/copyright information, at least I've found it
useful myself.

As I wrote to Lassi, I see little need to customize its comment style
(the ';' to ';;;' issue is already resolved in a pending PR [0]).
Having it produced by a tool means it's going to look uniform at least,
which is more important in my opinion.
