I contacted Anton in 2017 and wrote back that he'd try to dig up a zip of the cookbook,
but I never heard more.
Would you mind pinging him once more? He might reply to a message from you, especially if he knows that someone out there is interested in that Zip file.
I haven't got any plans for the Cookbook.
Besides Anton and Neil van Dyke - I think Noel Welsh also participated.
