Copyright status of readscheme.org bibliography

Continuing from <https://github.com/schemedoc/awesome-scheme/pull/11>,
Amirouche managed to salvage a great Scheme bibliography from the old
<readscheme.org> site that has now been taken over by domain squatters.
He has it up on GitHub at <https://github.com/scheme-live/bibliography>.
I'm not a lawyer but I believe a bibliography (i.e. a list of articles)
falls under copyright protection. That is, not only are the articles
themselves copyrighted, but the list itself is also copyrighted
separately. The readscheme bibliography big enough that it probably
doesn't fall under any "fair use" exception in copyright law.
Does anyone know who made readscheme.org and whether there was a license
statement there?
