The aggregator is an old Python program called Planet Venus
(https://intertwingly.net/code/venus/docs/). It hasn't been maintained
in years and has all kinds of problems; at this stage it'd be a better
idea to rewrite it in Scheme than to patch the Python code. I can do
part of the rewrite.
