The www.scheme.org front page only lists those implementations which are
prominent enough to have their own *.scheme.org subdomain. These tend to
be featureful and actively maintained ones.

I'd like for every known implementation (even old and obscure ones) to
have their own page under get.scheme.org. There are almost 100 of them!
This has been a TODO item for a long time.
https://github.com/schemedoc/implementation-metadata has a lot of
information as S-expressions, but it should be reformatted to use a
consistent schema.
