Hi y’all,

I read R7RS standard cover to cover (to the extent it applies to HTML
document) and I noticed that some markup is slightly broken, with extra
newlines before code entities, and some newlines missing after others.

I also noticed that Appendix A has no links, despite being a kind of
index for all the standard-provided symbols. It would be extremely
convenient to have it properly hyperlinked from there.

Thus my proposal: I want to try prettifying the standard, but I don’t
know whether this attempt is welcome, who moderates it, and what the
process is. Any pointers?
