BTW, IMO we should allow posting the addresses of mailing lists to scheme.org sites, which requires a trivial modification of the charter. This will have to be self-enforcing, but abuse will be obvious.

Thanks for taking the time to read the document. It's very incomplete; commentary, proofreading, and proposed additions would be helpful.

Which part forbids posting list addresses? Probably unintentional.
