It has been suggested that we should have one subdomain
standards.scheme.org, and/or multiple subdomains r7rs.scheme.org,
r6rs.scheme.org, r5rs.scheme.org, ...

How to decide between these? Arthur, you advocated for
standards.scheme.org; can you make a mock-up of what that page would
look like? Doesn't need to be anything fancy.

I've often made mockups using SeaMonkey
(https://www.seamonkey-project.org) which is now an outdated browser but
still a nice, portable and lightweight WYSIWYG HTML editor for simple jobs.
