We can, but it seems pretty easy to find things to do even without a
task list... there are undone tasks everywhere we look :)

I've been begging for people to help, probably to the point of
annoyance, but people are either shy or focused on other things. That's
ok, too.

If we had a list where would we put it? Amirouche suggested making a git
monorepo for at least some of the scheme.org community stuff.
