Dart is a young language with only one implementation, so its community
organization is much simpler than Scheme's. Scheme can never have only
one community, but we can and should try to create an "umbrella
community" above the others with scheme.org.

How about a layout like this:
https://misc.lassi.io/2021/scheme-community-rev-1.html

- Added Stack Overflow.

- Clarified how the comp.lang.scheme newsgroup is presented. (Added
Google link and avoided the word "Usenet".)

- The Forums section now mixes news, Reddit, mailing lists, Google Groups.

- The Chat rooms section now mixes IRC, Discord, Gitter.

We should link to the planet, wiki, and events from this page as well.
