who's responsible for each project, i.e. subdomain.

However, this being volunteer work, we can expect these people to go out
of reach now and then. If we host on the community servers then other
volunteers can continue the work in case of absence. This is an
improvement over the usual state of things where project/server admins
simply vanish from the net.
