I'd like to create conservatory.scheme.org (pun intended) for
"crowdsourced" maintenance of Scheme implementations and libraries that
are no longer maintained by their original authors. Any objections?

This is work that is currently done in a disorganized manner around
GitHub and GitLab; finding the most promising fork of each project is
difficult. We could also resurrect and do light maintenance on the
websites of dead projects. (E.g. ikarus-scheme.org expired and went to a
domain squatter this year.)
