Wolfgang, an operator of #scheme on Libera Chat, would like to establish
a simple homepage for the channel and have a place to store the chat logs.

I think we can find space for both under scheme.org. IMHO the IRC bot
that records the logs can also run on one of our servers if convenient.

Any opinions on what would be a good address?

Keep in mind that there are other Scheme chats too - at least the Scheme
Discord and some Gitter channels. We could group all of these in one place.
