https://gitea.scheme.org/ is now back up, running on the new server.

With that, all parts of scheme.org should be in the same state as
before. Let me know if any issues remain.

I made quite extensive changes to the Ansible and Nginx configs since
they now cover two servers. I will commit this stuff to git as soon as I
can figure out a directory layout that looks clean.
