I am currently the only admin at https://gitea.scheme.org/. It would be
good if at least one other person has admin rights as well. Any
volunteers? No clear responsibilities have been defined, so somebody who
has experience with or at least a mild interest in exploring Gitea would
be ideal. The most concrete task is that all new user accounts have to
be approved by admins (this being the only viable anti-spam measure).

I still have no idea what people think of Gitea as a platform, but since
there have been no clear complaints and nobody has volunteered to
install another platform, I'm continuing with it.
