I have not uploaded PDFs of Scheme papers anywhere under Scheme.org. I
fear that in a pessimal scenario, draconian copyright enforcement by
academic publishers could put the domain at risk in the future.

This fear is probably unfounded. In a copyright dispute, the offending
server is far more likely to be disabled than the domain name to which
it is connected. But since we only have one Scheme.org it doesn't seem
worth the risk.

It just occurred to me that we could provide URLs for the papers under
scheme.org, and those URLs would merely redirect to PDFs hosted on
another domain. In this scenario, it seems vanishingly unlikely to me
that anything bad would happen to scheme.org. After all, no relevant
content would be hosted under the domain.

How does this sound? Should we set up such redirects?
