It'd be nice to have list.schemers.org (or lists.schemers.org) for
mailing lists. We've been making new lists under srfi.schemers.org,
which is convenient, but can get unwieldy if there are like 10
general-interest lists. Does simplelists make it difficult or expensive
to have an extra subdomain?
