I went through the Schemepersist github organization and didn't find any
existing notes or code on a SQL domain-specific language, so I made a
new repo: <https://github.com/Schemepersist/dsl>. Let's gather some
examples and ideas in there so we can get the ball rolling.

I recall we had some discussions about a DSL on this mailing list in
2019 year (or early 2020) but apparently we didn't start writing any
concrete spec.
