No one has any comments on the set-operation functions?

If that is so, then I think we are done. I have updated the
HTML to be in compliance with the ASCII text spec; it is now
a very friendly document with a procedure index up top that
jumps you to the individual procedures.

The source has been brought into compliance with the latest version
of the spec.

I will need to give all three documents a careful proofreading,
and then my todo list will be clear.
