Dear SRFI editors:

Would you please post this updated draft SRFI-105? (Yes, I know I posted one yesterday!).

This reorganizes the document per mailing list discussion, in a way similar to SRFI-26.  While this doesn't change the *technical* content, it does make it much easier to read.
