Would you please post this updated draft SRFI-105 (attached)?

Per mailing list discussion, this changes a supporting symbol from "bracketaccess" to "$bracket-apply$" (Kawa already does this).  It also has various minor editorial fixes.  The W3C validator says it's valid HTML 3.2.
