Dear SRFI editors:

Please update SRFI-105, using the attached.

The only substantive change is renaming "nfx", in this case, to "$nfx$".  I decided to rename it to include "$" so it's unlikely to conflict with user-defined terms, but kept "nfx" for continuity with its previous definition.

Some minor editorial nits (hopefully improvements) were also added.

I think we're pretty much at the end, but let's wait a few days for last-minute comments.
