Dear editors: Please post this update to SRFI-105.

This is a minor tweak.  It includes a few more changes inspired by comments from Mark H. Weaver, including a few more examples.

If I understand the SRFI rules correctly, we must be done by tomorrow.  Frankly, it looks ready to me.  Last call!
