Dear editors: Please post this update to SRFI-105.

This is another a minor tweak that does *NOT* change the semantics of the specification at all.  This revision fixes 2 spelling errors, and since I did that, it also has a few tweaks to the design rationale text to make it clearer.

I haven't heard any screams about the latest text about infix.plt.  So if I don't hear anything ASAP, I'll assume all is resolved adequately for the purposes of this SRFI.
