Again, no semantic changes.

I went through trying to get hyphenation consistent, so it's now "curly-infix-expressions" (analogous to s-expressions), and "curly-infix lists".  I reordered some sentences, in the hope that it's clearer.

It's my intent that this be the final version.  Since there were a number of small last-minute changes, I plan to wait a few days to see if this is really it, and if there are no problems, this is it.
