Could you please update SRFI-106 with attached file?

Followings are the changes;
* Added mention that implementation should not to shutdonw on socket-close
* Changed socket-port to socket-input-port and socket-output-port
* Fixed typo (socket-parge-flag to socket-purge-flag)
