I plan to delay the final release of SRFI-110 briefly.

I think we (understandably!) have a lot of people distracted by the ratification vote for R7RS-small, which is eliciting a lot of discussion (a summary of the votes is here: http://trac.sacrideo.us/wg/wiki/PlebisciteIndex ).  There's no harm in a short delay to ensure that people can comment.
