The "bog/eog" section links to Unicode TR29 reference with the anchor
ref-TR29. The correct anchor (I think) is ref-UAX29.

This is a small enough and clear enough change, and one that doesn't change the meaning of the SRFI document, that I haven't noted it in the Status section or waited for Alex's reply. Alex, if I was wrong to do that, please let me know.
