Regional Indicator characters (U+1F1E6 .. U+1F1FF) are

intended to be used in pairs to be rendered as the flag of

the country with the corresponding country code.

 Because this was an errata in TR29, and the SRFI is no

longer in sync with the latest version of that report, I suggest

treating it as an errata to SRFI 115 as well.  This would simply

involve changing the line above to:

  (= 2 ,char-set:regional-indicator)
