114 is obsoleted by 128, and I remember asking you to mark it so, but I don't know if that ever happened.

142 is obsoleted by 151.

I think these are the only three cases.

In addition, could you move the paragraph that links to the final, draft, and withdrawn SRFIs *above* the main list (rewording it to say "below" for "above")?  That would be much more convenient.  Thanks.

Yes, so if you look at 113, you are told that 114 has been obsoleted by 128, but that information is not available anywhere related to 114, neither in the SRFI home page nor in the SRFI 114 links page nor in SRFI 114 itself.   It should be available in one or more of those places.
