Very interesting.  I wish I could read a copy of that without paying CHF 198.

This feels like far less than the full set of APL operators, though.

(Of course any of these could be incorporated into SRFI 122bis.)

As it happens, I will be publishing Bradley's new version of SRFI 122 shortly.  I'm CC-ing Bradley so that he can decide whether to incorporate any of this before the first draft.
