With the recommendation of the #chicken IRC channel ('sjamaan' and
'evhan'), I decided the 'car and 'cdr would be more appropriate
arguments for ref* for when pairs appear in the access chain.  It's
coherent with record types, and one can keep using 'car and 'cdr if the
identifiers are rebound for some reason.  (E.g. if someone imports car
as original-car because they have an overwritten version, they won't
have to pass original-car to ref*.)

Change will be committed shortly, probably make it into draft #3.

Raise any possible objections in this thread please.
