I've just published a new draft of SRFI 126 from Taylan
Ulrich Bayırlı/Kammer.  Here are the changes:

  guile-srfi-126.scm: Fix Emacs local variables.

  Make directory hierarchy reflect library names.

  Remove unnecessary disclaimer about Guile implementation.

  Make hash-salt syntax and define it more precisely.

  Fix exports of Guile implementation.

  Add R6RS and R7RS implementation.

  Add test suite.

  Expand the definition of hashtable-update!.
