Hey Arthur,

Indeed, this seems to be the convention I kept last time. My apologies
as it slipped my mind. You are correct on this aspect, so please name
the tag CHICKEN-0.1. I would have preferred these to be 1.0 myself
(since the SRFI is in final status), however srfi-128 had already been
"packaged" by another user, so I left it at 0.1 to maintain consistency.

Thanks for the reminder about this, I had completely overlooked it. No
code should need to be changed, as I stuck to the convention I had
used previously when packaging these eggs.
