Just because it's in a different SRFI doesn't mean it has to be in a different
R7RS-large library, which would be my intention. It's just as easy to
give the voters a choice between SRFI 13 and SRFI 13+130 as between
SRFI 13 and SRFI 130.
In addition, merging the texts involves making their formats look alike,
which takes a lot of energy I don't have right now.
