I've just published draft #9 of SRFI 134.  It was submitted
by John Cowan.  Here are the comments John included with
this draft.

  Editorial changes only.  I have also attached a README
  file for the ideque subdirectory.  Please rename the whole
  subdirectory "finger-tree" to prevent further confusion.
