Where's the sample implementation?
The "Sample Implementation" section doesn't seem to have links to the code, and I can only see 3 files in the git repo: .gitignore, index.html, and srfi-135.html
I'm particularly curious of an immutable text implementation with shared substructure that can run text-ref in O(1) with a varying-length encoding backend.
