Scheme Request for Implementation 136,
"Extensible record types,"

Here is part of the message Marc included with this
submission:

  I'd like to submit a proposal for extensible record
  types...  to become SRFI 136.  Like SRFI 131 it is meant
  to be considered for inclusion into R7RS-large.  In fact,
  I have worked on the proposal because of the discussions
  in Working Group 2 and the question whether the current
  proposals for extended record types, SRFI 99 and SRFI 131,
  are compatible with all implementations and
  interpretations of R7RS-small.
