Done.  Sorry, I noticed those earlier, but forgot to do
something about them before publishing the draft.

I also added a <meta> tag declaring UTF-8 at the top
of the file so that the Eszett in Marc's name, which I did
fix before first publication, will render properly when
loaded from a <file://> URL.
