Arthur, when you do the change, could you also update/replace the
first paragraph under the heading "Implementation" as Rapid-Scheme has
been superseded by Unsyntax? The replacement paragraph is:

<p>A sample implementation is provided by the <a
href="https://www.unsyntax.org">Unsyntax Scheme implementation</a>,
which implements this SRFI in the <code>(srfi 139)</code> library.</p>

The second paragraph could be updated to:

<p>Syntax parameters are also implemented by, at least, Chibi-Scheme,
Guile, and Racket.</p>
