I forgot to mention two things:

The latest draft of SRFI 144 is temporarily at <http://vrici.lojban.org/~cowan/temp/srfi-144.html>.

I already have an implementation of the mathematical constants, so only fl-greatest, fl-least, fl-epsilon, fl-fast-fl+*, fl-integer-exponent-zero, fl-integer-exponent-nan are needed.
