I've just published draft #6 of SRFI 144.  It was submitted
by John Cowan, author of the SRFI.

Here are John's comments on this draft:

  The changes to SRFI 144 are basically editorial
  improvements and bug fixes.  This is the same version that
  was posted to my web site.

  The implementation [is] unchanged, so now even more
  deficient than before.  Hopefully I can fix this soon.
