please add a PFN to SRFI 146 changing the sentence "The following comparator is used to compare mappings when (make-default-comparator) from SRFI 128 is invoked" to "The user may register the following comparator to compare mappings when (make-default-comparator) from SRFI 128 is invoked:".

Right: I read that but didn't quite grasp it.  So yes, I propose that sentence should be removed.  The SRFI 128 proposed change (which is non-normative) along with similar surgery for SRFI 113 (sets) has already been posted to those lists.
