As far as I can tell, all that is required before we finalize SRFI 146 is:

- John Cowan can run the tests successfully. (See my recent message.)

- Marc should address Shiro Kawai's message of 10 Sep 2017

- I do my last-minute editor's review, looking for typos, other minor errors, and anything that hasn't passed all the previous rounds of scrutiny.
