I think this makes a very good addition to SRFI 147. I am going to include it in the next draft.

P.S.: I hope that natively implementing SRFI 147 in Chibi won't be too hard. (The only part that may need some extra code is if the transformer spec expands into a bunch of definitions followed by a native transformer spec.
