It doesn't work as a free-standing form but exactly as er-macro-transformer when used in SRFI 147's define-syntax.
Note that SRFI 147 is compatible with the small language, but not with R6RS, where any expression can define a transformer.
I'm following up on this discussion since it was never resolved.
Neither the implementation of SRFI 147 nor that of SRFI 148 works for me under Chibi Scheme 0.10, the latest version.
Would it be possible to get the sample implementation of SRFIs 147 and 148 running on Chibi Scheme or some other Scheme so that people have an example?
