Thanks for the suggestion. I like the term more than "closed-lambda", so I will incorporate this change into the last draft.

I think that closed-lambda is a bad name, as the result of any lambda expression is closed over the lexical environment.  Closed-dynamic-lambda would be more explicit, but I think that dynamic-lambda is all that is necessary and should be adopted.
