I've just published draft #3 of SRFI154.  It was submitted by
Marc Nieper-Wißkirchen, author of the SRFI.

Here are Marc's comments on the draft:

- Renamed closed-lambda to dynamic-lambda as
  suggested by John Cowan.

- Specify an extension to SRFI 157 that deals with
  efficient (shallow) keys for continuation marks.

- Added Inferior Scheme implementation, which
  fully implements the spec.

- Add special thanks to Jim Rees.
