Hi all,

I noticed a few small issues in the SRFI 160 sample implementation
while working with it on CHICKEN.

(1) list->@vector should be exported by (srfi 160 @).  It is
currently only exported by (srfi 160 base).

(2) The start/end arguments to @vector-copy! and @vector-reverse-copy!
are specified as optional, but are required by the implementation.
