The repo's doc directory contains only a VERY incomplete conversion of the original to Scribble format, so I think we should ignore it.  However, the URL <https://scsh.net/docu/html/man.html> seems very stable; we should link to that for reading, while linking to the scsh repo for testing.

Would you like me to edit the SRFI's repo README.org with this sort of information along with the edits I'm about to make to the SRFI itself?  And, say, put a "look at the SRFI's repo for details" note in the SRFI, which shouldn't be cluttered with too many "use this version of Scheme 48, and..." details?
